I adore candid portraits.
My passion is faces!

I was so excited to take my first baby for his portraits, I could hardly contain myself. I had two outfits for him and one quilt I wanted in a shot.
I was told that I had fifteen minutes for my session and that included no time for an outfit change. By the time I had finished arguing about that, 7 minutes of my allotted 15 minutes were gone. I left crying without any pictures of him.
Eight years and four children later, I have never been excited about the portraits I get from franchised studios - “sit on this square, pull down this background” places.
I decided to do something about it.
I got a good camera.
Then I got a better camera.
I took some classes.
Now I am getting excited…
