I have gathered enough new material and am no longer in the portfolio-building stage. Beginning next year, I will be raising my session fee to $100.

Your session with me will be comfortable with the time and freedom we both need to get the shots we want.

Your session will include-
The photo shoot which typically lasts 45 minutes but may include up to 90 minutes.  If you have a large group or many outfit changes, please let me know so we can determine the appropriate amount of time necessary to get good comfortable photographs.  There may be an additional charge depending on the amount of time over 90 minutes but again, a comfortable shoot is the goal.
Each shoot will include one or two locations that are close to each other. Additional locations may be included at an additional charge depending on distance.
A CD with your best images including some processed images will be provided after the shoot. You should expect the CD approximately one to two weeks after the shoot.

I like to work on-location in Natural Light. This means we need to be early birds and get that beautiful time after Sunrise (about 7 am) or the warm glow before Sunset (this time varies depending on Daylight Savings Time.)

I can do some photography indoors as needed.

Newborn sessions can be done at my home or yours.

At this time I will give you the best images on CD for you to do with as you please. I will give you the original and processed image files - This is ideal for blogging!
I can also help arrange professional printing.

What to wear:
I can tell you the general rules:
Color doesn't matter as long as everyone is wearing like colors;
No shoes (or similar shoes) is best for families;
No clothes at all is best for newborns;
Remember - Although patterns and prints are attractive in our clothes, they can be distracting in photographs.
Now, what do I think?
Wear whatever you want to wear! Digital photography is amazing. Your son's favorite shirt is striped? Fine, let him wear it! It won't make an ugly picture; it will make a memory because you will see the picture and remember his favorite shirt! Wear what you feel everyone will be the most comfortable in. And if you want formal, then wear formal, and vice versa for a casual look.
